Paleolithic Lifestyle

Below is my transcript of my video tutorial about the Paleo vs. vegan diet, along with supplemental information on the topic. For the salt? Its not that you can never use table sodium. You can. The problem here that people use too much. Modern man loves to salt everything. The difference in sea sodium and good ol stand salt? Sea salt isn't as refined and doesn't contain iodine. That's really it. Just use within moderation and you will be fine. You will see that we use sea sodium in almost every dish we make, but we keep carefully the amount low.the paleo diet daniel green
But, seriously, imagine if we ate like our Paleolithic ancestors? That would be lots of lean meats, nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables; no grains, salt, glucose, legumes or dairy products. Some people do, and it's called the Paleo diet - brief for Paleolithic, which identifies the time before agriculture got hold, a motion from a hunter-gatherer lifestyle that led to resolved societies, and, eventually, Twinkies and couch potatoes.
I am taking into consideration the diet to treat my many disorders including eczema, hives, cystic acne, joint problems, etc. but am feeling a conflict. I've just lately seen the film forks over knives”. The point of the film and corresponding to their research, eating pet animal products causes malignancy and other degenerative diseases like diabetes, hypertension, etc. I have also heard that hunter and gatherers didn't have extended life spans.
The con with the Paleo diet is the fact that for most of the people that follow it, they have a tendency to consume probably a bit too much meats, in my opinion, as well as some dangerous animal substances. Plus, they really do not stress organic in that diet. For instance, I've known people on the Paleo diet where their diet consisted of consuming classic butter and fried bacon - if you eat that every meals, it could be considered a Paleo diet.
Vaccines are an important point of debate upon this blog. Once more, all decisions about vaccines should be achieved after a talk with a certified healthcare practioner who utilizes evidence-based remedies. Remember that homeopaths, naturopaths, chiropractors, and other pseudoscience established woo-meisters are simply just not proficient in real diagnostic and treatment options, and should always be ignored.
