Don't know just how many of you found the program about whole wheat on the Dr. Oz show, but it was very interesting. There was a health care provider on the show that discussed that just how wheat is produced now, that it's very bad for you. It isn't like whole wheat was originally so the wheat that's available these days actually enables you to crave more food alternatively than gratifying your appetite. Look up the term frankenwheat” on the Internet and you will probably find something about any of it.
